List of drives that need use Advance Format (4k) but are not detected properly.
Add the following to /kernel/drv/sd.conf
and execute update_drv -vf sd
.

Looking up identification for your disks:
iostat -Er | grep -i vendor | sort | uniq
Verify the zpool ashift:
zdb | egrep 'ashift| name'
